Focusloop Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 17, 2026

Focusloop ("we", "our", "the app") is designed to help you focus with a calm Pomodoro-style timer and ambient sounds. We take your privacy seriously. This document explains, in plain language, what we do and do not collect.

1. What Focusloop does not collect

2. Data stored locally on your device

The following information is stored only on your device, never sent to our servers:

You can delete all of this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Focusloop offers an optional paid subscription (Focusloop Pro). Subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store. We use RevenueCat as a subscription management provider. When you start a subscription, a randomly generated, anonymous identifier is shared with RevenueCat solely to validate your entitlement. No personally identifiable information is shared.

4. Notifications

With your permission, Focusloop sends local notifications to remind you when a focus session or break ends. These notifications are generated on your device and are not delivered through any external server.

5. Analytics and crash reports

Focusloop does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Basic, anonymous crash diagnostics may be collected by Apple as part of the standard iOS experience; you can opt out in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

6. Children

Focusloop is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be announced inside the app or on this page with a new effective date.
