How do I start a focus session?
Open Focusloop, pick a duration, and tap Play. Your ambient sound (if selected) will loop until you pause or finish.

Sound stops in the background.
Make sure silent-mode switch is off and that Focusloop has Background App Refresh enabled in iOS Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings › your Apple ID › Subscriptions › Focusloop › Cancel. Your Pro features stay active until the current period ends.

I paid but Pro is not active.
In the app, open Settings › Restore Purchases. If that does not help, email us with your receipt.

Does Focusloop work offline?
Yes. All timers, sounds and themes work fully offline.
